Re-Enroll

Deadline to RE-ENROLL for MA and BA is 1 May 2024. RE-ENROLL is mandatory for current students who wish to continue their studies in September 2024. For BA students, you will NOT be able to select your studio/focus if you are not enrolled before 1 May. BA students that haven’t re-enrolled and/or haven’t filled in the choice form before the deadline will be placed in a studio/focus based on availability.

Please note that you have to complete arranging you payment method to be considered re-enrolled. this does not mean you have to pay your tuition in May - this will come in August and September. More about that below.

HOW TO RE-ENROLL (Deadline: 1 May 2024)

CONFIRM RE-ENROLLMENT

→ Open www.studielink.nl
→ Log in using your DigiD or log with your previous Studielink account and password
→ Go to your ‘To do list’
→ Click on ‘Arrange your Re-enrolment’
→ On the next page, click on ‘Yes, I want to re-enrol’
→ Click on ‘Confirm’

ARRANGE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

→ Go to the tab ‘Payment’ **
→ Click on ‘Enter payment details’
→ Select who is paying the tuition, click “me” even if your parents/guardians are paying
→ Select the country of your bank (or your parents/guardian’s bank)
→ Select the option ‘Digital Authorisation’
→ You will see the question “Do you want to pay in installments (or in one time)?”
→ Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
→ Enter the payment details and confirm

OR ARRANGE MANUAL BANK TRANSFER

→ Go to the tab ‘Payment’ **
→ Select ‘Other method of payment’

** The payment information could sometimes take a few minutes to show up within ‘Payment’, Please try refreshing/logging in again if it is not already there.

PAYMENT (Deadline: August/September 2024)

→ For automatic payment: the first instalment of nine (along with an administrative fee of 24euro), or the full amount will be charged in September 2024.

→ For manual bank transfer: the full amount of tuition fee need to be transfer to the following account before 31 August 2024. You will also have to add the transaction fees should you bank charges for international transfers on top of the tuition amount. Please also include your student name and student number on the transfer. A payment form will also be asked from you, instruction will come via your DAE email account.
