Life is Puzzling
Thea Christy-Parker
“How does instant gratification impact the value of information?”
What: A collection of informative jigsaw puzzles, visualising the answers to some of the most frequently Googled questions.
Why: How long does it take to get to Mars? Why do cats purr? Or how much water should you drink a day? The internet is the first place that many people turn to for the answers, which takes a matter of seconds. But we tend to forget what we have learned just as quickly. It could be argued that we are becoming too reliant on internet search engines.
How: Contrasting with instant online searches, these jigsaw puzzles require time and focus to explore the answers. ‘Life is Puzzling’ offers a rewarding and potentially social experience – you will definitely remember the outcome.
