“Light therapy in your own living room”
What: A lamp that stimulates the production of vitamin D and supports the biological clock, for a healthy day-night rhythm.
Why: In this era of computers and long days at the office, an overload of indoor screen time disrupts our internal clock. Also, less exposure to sunlight can cause a deficiency in vitamins, leading to extreme fatigue or even depression.
How: ‘FINCE’ rises and sets like a manageable sun, offering the light that your body needs to energise or relax. As the colour, intensity and angle of the light changes, it coaches you from day into night.
