An Audience of Me

Gastronomy is designed for a variety of experiences, but has yet to adapt to the growing demographic of solo diners. 'An Audience of Me' is a dining experience that elevates the enjoyment of dining alone. Part of the experience is created by the table, which is made to work as a centrepiece. The table is highly customizable due to its grid-like surface, in which tableware fits into, creating a gastronomic mosaic. Because it is constructed to spin, the solo diner can use the entire eating platform, whose size reflects a traditional table for four. Noelani Mattstedt created the table as a platform for virtually unlimited creative ideas by the chef and restaurant team to create a unique dining experience that celebrates the single diner.
