The Hole Trap

Mies Raadgever

“The aim is to feel what the characters feel”

What: An illustrated story and installation that raises awareness of the need to change our ways. Why: We all know that pollution is an enormous global threat to the continued existence of life on Earth. We want to do something, but don’t know how. The scale of the problem is too big. Shrinking the situation into the pages of a book can help us connect with our reality. How: Nam, Woe and Leav inhabit a fictional world where they face issues relating to todays big problems. Their plight symbolises our global predicament. Through these characters, it’s easier to think about topics that feel too confronting to deal with.
