Graduation project

Many-Rooms

Michael Bojkowski

Viewing storytelling as a design practice supported by fact-based research, Many-Rooms studies instances where design research and storytelling intersect in meaningful ways. Taking on the form of a journaling event with a set duration, it encourages discourse around Design Writing and emerging design practices.
The project’s first phase – the production – involved daily journaling and an evolving research pool and associated activities, open to the general public to view and contribute to where possible.
The second phase – the exhibition – presents the stories produced and sifts through the research and discussions from the production stage, identifying ‘relics’ that are made available via physical and on-screen display systems.
