Ubiquity

In today’s media landscape we consume a wealth of scattered bits of information, which makes it hard to keep sight of the bigger context and to interpret what we read. Luca Claessens recognises the value of contextually curated information and has created a platform to provide it. Focused on a subject that draws widely differing views – smart cities – ‘Ubiquity’ aims to grow into a research collection on this particular topic. It offers a curated body of content, plus a set of tools rooted in machine learning and content management to examine the smart city from different angles. The design is a step towards better communication and a better understanding of a complicated issue.
