## “A more intuitive navigation through the information of Wikipedia brings discovery to factual information.”
Google Maps shows several perspectives of a location, depending on how far you are zoomed in. Just like Google Maps, Wikipedia displays a seemingly endless amount of information on a 2D screen and is full of endless hyperlinks, references and images. Kai Landolt adds to this a zoom-like navigation that allows the user to explore layers of specific information without ever getting lost. It gives users the opportunity to dive a step too deep into the information, knowing that they easily can go back again.
