## “I wonder when our quest for healthiness becomes unhealthy”

What: The responsive website eatinthisorder.com enables the user to evaluate and reflect on his individual relationship to food and healthy eating. Why: Cooking shows, cookbooks, diets, and social media drive food behaviours into choices that can become entangled in obsessive rules of engagement. Eating rules, when applied too rigidly, can lead to obsessive healthy eating and living, a disorder called Orthorexia Nervosa. According to psychotherapist John Robbemond one reason for this lies in the difficulty to reflect one’s own rules when it comes to food. How: A simple visual test reveals the realities of our eating behaviours which invite self-reflection and examination. The results help us reconsider our relationship to food, which can prevent eating disorders from developing.
