Stretching is associated with the gym and not with the office, even though that is the place where we need it the most. Sitting in the same position for a long time can cause muscle problems and headaches. The solution is simple: just take a break from your desk and stretch regularly – but do you? ‘Pak Phon’ presents an in-office remedy that is quick and easy. Inspired by passive stretching from restorative yoga, it doesn’t require much effort at all. Just lean on these three pieces for a moment; the tight muscles in your back, chest and shoulders are gently stretched, releasing tension immediately.
