Emergency

First Responders Team

→ Go to receptions desk or call 040-2393939 to reach reception or the concierges when the reception is closed.

Police, Fire department or Ambulance?

→ Call 112. If you don’t speak Dutch, stay on the line, a person will answer and support you in English.

For Students:

Student Counsellor (BA/MA) & Mentor (BA)

→ The Student Counsellors are always happy to listen and offer advice to find solutions. You can also find external sources for support on the page.

Well Being

→ Looking to work on well-being on your own?

All students have free anonymous access to
Mirro which offers modules on various subjects from
stress, to concentration, to dealing with chronic illness.

Community Coordinator

  • Facilities: email Facility Services for extra work for clean up throughout the year. Or respond to the extra call for summer clean up and graduation show.
