A mobile street food stall offers dishes made from animal organs as a way to challenge the cultural stereotypes around offal in the Netherlands.

The 'ORGANic club is a mobile street food stall offering dishes made from animal organs. While challenging the stereotypes surrounding offal in the Netherlands, the stall also acts as a research tool to unpack political and cultural preconceptions behind these everyday culinary practices. The interactive setting, playful branding and ingredient-based stories are designed to invite new narratives around offal. Mutual understanding among communities ferments through an embodied experience of offal. By establishing itself as a street business, The 'ORGANic club also hopes to address broader social sustainability concerns regarding how food integrates into public space and contributes to a multicultural society.
