Forms for (Sexual) Consent Tinder Extension
Paul Grünenwald
## “This app makes it easier to talk about sexual consent by lowering the threshold for initiating such conversations through pre-made protocols.”
The over-bureaucratisation of daily life prompted this study of sexual consent. It led to the design of a Tinder extension that allows users to create and customize consent requests and share it among desired partners. For Paul Grünenwald the aim is not to create legally binding contracts, but his conviction is that consent has to be negotiated and this extension offers the framework to do so. By encouraging a more open attitude towards sex, Paul wants to take sex out of its often very private niche so that a culture for sex can develop, like we have for wine or coffee. This will make people more knowledgeable, more at ease and allow them to enjoy more.
