Al Pot Petit

Inés Sistiaga Vidal-Ribas

"Good jam comes in small jars."

WHAT A set of borosilicate pots inspired by traditional cooking techniques. WHY Borosilicate glass is a great material for cooking, storing and conserving food. It can withstand high temperatures and is flame-proof, rust-free, chemical-free, non-porous and non-reactive. It absorbs no flavours or odours. HOW In ‘Al Pot Petit’, Inés Sistiaga Vidal- Ribas created a collection of pots that showcase the qualities of borosilicate glass. Portions of one or two servings determined the size of the pots, which respond to a range of applications, including open and closed preparation. Her collection is driven by a longing for slowness, for ritual, for detail.
