Body At Work

Charlotte Therre

Our bodies were not made for sitting behind a computer all day, yet that is what most of us do at work. Maintaining a fixed position often causes pain in the back, neck, arms or shoulders, and staring at a screen for hours can cause annoying headaches. Charlotte Therre designed ‘Body at Work’, a series of six tools to activate and strengthen the muscles without interrupting productivity. Use the foot roll to loosen legs, the stick to stretch your arms and back, or the cone to massage your temples. Instead of slowing us down, these devices encourage better results by preventing stress and pain.
